Darren Heling: i'm surprised on all of the questions published right here. right here is my 2 cents in this count number: Broadband is usually a term for Cable cyber web, if that's what you have, then the finest answer would be to get a router (Netgear are extra effective than the different variety and that i've got examined them for over 9 yea! rs), now days any router incorporates on the spot, firewall and turn centers. connect the router's cyber web/WAN port to the Cable cyber web Modem's ETHERNET/LAN's port with an Ethernet (LAN) cable and connect the two desktops to the LAN ports of the router. via default, your cyber web could be attainable on the two desktops with out any substitute/configuration on the router or the desktops....Show more
