How much softball training goes to fitness?

Bettye Arre: Personally, I would not on situps....But on account that your to not a long way alongside, You can undoubtedly run/jog simply dont over do it. Swimming is well too. It is helping. When I had my lil boy, I swam, Ran, did palates, and I labored plenty with a Yoga ball. Good good fortune hun. :)

Elden Bardach: There is some fitness in softball but not as much as other sports. You must have skill to play softball like throwing, catching, fielding,hitting, etc. You will also long distances. Don't forget having skills.
