Inge Mclaurine: I don't know of any FREE dental care, but UTMB's college has more affordable care. Also, if you get the Careington discount card, you can save a lot on dental care and prescriptions. Castle Dental accepts this card. You would think any dentist would discount for cash payments, but few do! Dentists are a proud bunch...but go here and for a few dollars a month, you will save hundreds -- if not thousands -- on your dental work: http://www.maxdental.com.
