Garry Ohmen: Get the TiVo. Pay for a year it's cheaper and they give you a good deal. It will coast you around $230.00 for 1 year and that includes the DVR.

Willie Tun: I think comcast has DVR's but I'm not sure how much they charge. TiVO costs about 100 bucks depending on how big you want the hard drive and if you want it to be able to record HD or not. It also has a monthly fee. I personally have a DVR from toshiba which is more expensive then tivo but doesnt have the features nor the monthly fee.
