Sammy Hatzenbihler: We were really happy with this IKEA frother that we got for less than $10 online:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002Y6FBU2/ref=as...
Coleman Ocegueda: I *love* my handheld Aerolatte milk frother and use it every morning for my "cappucinos." Even though their latest versions seem to have rods that are a little thinner and less rigid** I still love my new one. (I think I allowed water to get into the handle area where it connects to the rod too often or something which made my old one not work after several years.)You might want to read the description I wrote for making mine plus more info on frothers, in this previous answer of mine:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=201102...Nowadays though, I tend to froth the milk in a separate paper cup then spoon it on top of the coffee when it's done.**if you hear the little motor slowing down and the milk not foaming quickly enough, just lift the coil out of the milk for a second so it can spe! ed up again then it put back in the milk/froth...I usually go up and down with the frother a bit while frothing too which may do some of the same thing ...of course, the batteries will get less and less powerful over time and you'll want to replace them but that can be perhaps 6 months for one frothing per day....Show more
