Aircraft Lights at night?

Lester Haschke: It was landing. there is an Airforce base nearby, it also shares space with a public airport. It was in Massachusetts.

Ardath Templer: Next time you see it, phone me

Jackson Esmiol: There are NO aircraft with white lights all the way across the wings. What you saw was probably a reflection on the wing's surface from another light source. Maybe from ground lighting. Some airplanes have "Inspection Lights" that shine on the wings from the fuselage so the pilots can check for ice or FOD on the wings. If these were on, they could also make it look like the wing was lit up all the way across....Show more

Palmira Lochridge: Was it landing? Taking off? What state/city was it in? Is there an airforce base nearby? Its really hard to say based on the information you gave us
