How do you contact your favorite authors?

answers1: Normally the publisher will have a website, and contact
info. If you're looking for an author's physical address you normally
have to go through the publisher to get that information. If you're
looking for an E-mail address, try typing in the name of the author
and look for an official website, they should have an E-mail adress
listed, or a link to their E-mail address. <br>
(To find a website for a publishing company just type in the name of
the publishing company into Google, and look for an official website.)
answers2: You can write to your favorite authors via snail mail by
sending a letter to their publishers, whose address is located --well,
you know how to find who most recently published a book you're
enjoying, right? <br>
<br>
If not, look on the same page the copyright is on, before you even
reach the title page in the book. Among all the small print, read the
name and address of the publisher, and write to the author care of
that house. <br>
<br>
If you see more than one publisher mentioned, look at the dates each
publisher put out an edition, and look for the most recent one; that
is where you want to send your c/o letter to. <br>

answers3: Look in the back of a book by that author, and look for a
website. If you find a website most likely it will have a way to
contact the author on it. Good luck =]
answers4: Many writers have email addresses that go to them through
their own websites, but I have written to several authors via their
publishers ... send to the author's name c/o then the publisher's name
and address (this is in the front of every book on the 'copyright'
page) ... you WILL get an answer if you write a nice, short note and
are 'admiring' of their work for any reason. The answer will come
'snail mail' and will probably be SIGNED so you'll have an 'autograph'
too ...
answers5: Most have their own websites with a button to contact them
on it. Otherwise you can write to them C/o their publisher via snail
mail. You could also write to their agent if you know who represents
them. There is a website called www.whorepresentswho.com that tells
you who every actor, athlete, author etc is represented by. But sadly
it is a paying site. Costs around 12 bucks a month but comes in handy
at times in my profession. Pax-C
answers6: go to the authors website and you should be able to contact them!
answers7: Google search their names, look in the back of one of their
books. They might have a website.
answers8: Many of them include such informatin either on the backcover
or in the info on publication, or other books they have written. you
can also google for their websites, or check their publisher's
websites..
answers9: they usually have an official website. <br>
and from there you can usually email them or snail mail. <br>
(example: www.stepheniemeyer.com or <a
href="http://www.mariavsnyder.com/)"
rel="nofollow"class=Clr-b>http://www.mariavsnyder.com/)</a>
answers10: One way would be through his publisher. another would be to
see if he has a website, and contact that way. google or yahoo or msn
search the author, and maybe some of the sites listing interviews can
also give you a way to contact him.
