answers1: poetry.com has some good ones...you can post your poems and
what not...

grew to become into all a lie only in time sucky ain't it (-__-) are
you able to suspect somebody who wrote a poem on the means rangers
have been given an acceptanmce letter....as long by using fact the guy
is keen to pay, it is not considerable
answers3: This is probably very late answer but then this platform
didnt exist then.
Have a look at Tallenge. Its an online platform with 100,000
participants from about 135 countries participate in contests across
multiple categories like Art, Photography, Literature, Dance, etc.
There is also online poetry contest and prize for the winner. Its free
so just go and try it out.
Tallenge website: www.tallenge.com
answers4: www.poetry.com has great contests
answers5: Online poetry "contests" are generally scams, most notably
those offered by poetry.com.

You submit your entry then get a notice that you've won (!) and that
you're work will be "published" in a volume with the winning entries.
You are then allowed to purchase this book for $59 - $99. It's a scam
to sell books. Unfortunately, desperate authors fall for it all the
time.

The only poetry award that would be impressive on a college transcript
is a legitimate one. This means a contest that:

1. has no entry fee and no reading fee.
2. is judged by established, respected, published poets.
3. is administered by a respected organization, institution or publication.

These contests are far and few between. Check out "Poets and Writers"
magazine for announcements and calls for submissions.
